Vanilla Plantation Tour
Even today, vanilla is considered the "queen of all spices". During a tour through our vanilla plantation you will learn about the special cultivation conditions as well as the uniqueness of this precious spice plant. We will explain the elaborate production process from pollination of the flower to fermentation of the pods. The 1.5 hour walk through our plantation will delight you. Soft drinks and a snack are included.
(The vanilla plantation tour is free of charge for overnight guests).

Jungle Boat Tour
A jungle boat tour with Cesar, a farmer from the local village can also be a little adventure. Let him take you through a lagoon to an untouched piece of forest. After a short hike you will find an 800 year old Ceiba tree, which is a truly impressive testimony to the wild side of Costa Rica.

our bee garden with 10 different native wild bees. Learn everything you need to know about honey bees in Costa Rica, their way of life, the beehive and the path of honey from the bee colony to the honey jar during a professional guided tour.
